Sanat Pal Chowdhury is a senior digital transformation executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across telecommunications, FinTech, SaaS, and digital platform businesses. He has built, scaled, and monetized digital ecosystems across emerging and mature markets, working at the intersection of technology, revenue strategy, and organizational transformation. Sanat has proven his abilities to own P&L, scale digital businesses, build high-impact partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives. He is a trusted advisor to executive leadership and boards, delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven strategy, automation, and platform-led growth.
As a recognized expert in platform-led growth, Sanat has deep experience in building and monetizing API ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and digital payment solutions. He has led the commercial launch of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB/DOB), mobile payment APIs, and data-driven digital services, enabling new revenue streams and strengthening ecosystem partnerships. His work has involved close collaboration with global technology leaders such as Google, Meta, Tencent, Spotify, Zoom, and Opera, as well as regulators and financial authorities in complex operating environments.
In recent years, Sanat’s focus has expanded to AI-enabled automation and data-driven decision intelligence. He has guided organizations in embedding intelligent process automation, analytics, and automation-first operating models to improve speed, scalability, and execution discipline. His leadership style emphasizes pragmatic AI adoption—aligning technology investments with business value, customer experience, and governance requirements.

He has completed advanced executive and leadership programs with INSEAD, Deloitte, Telenor Academy, and the Center for Creative Leadership, and is a Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
